Hello everyone!
I've been afforded the blessed opportunity to work with many individuals,
including some amazing young people.
Just Relax with Megan creates programs that promote conscious awareness through
yoga, massage, relaxation, art and music appreciation, nature, and animals.
Supporting our youth as they develop intelligence, self esteem, creativity, socialization,
sense of self and community alliance, has been one our greatest joys.
Consciousness defined:
A sense of one's personal or collective identity including the attitudes, beliefs, and sensitivities
held by or considered characteristic of an individual or group.
Having an awareness of one's environment existence, sensations, and thoughts.
